Cancellation Policy

Carey Dive Center Cancellation Policy

16% charge on all cancellations to cover bank charges.
Cancellation with minimum 7 days notice: Full refund of deposit and payment (minus 16% charge).
Cancellation with less than 7 days notice: Your deposit and payment will not be refunded. Booking can be rescheduled to a later date.
Cancellation with no notice: No refunds.
Carey Dive Center reserves the right to cancel due to bad weather conditions and will reschedule trips at an agreed date and time. If reschedule is not possible then a full refund will apply (minus 16% charge).
Cancellations due to medical reasons need to be accompanied with a doctor’s letter and will receive a refund of deposit and payment (minus 16% charge).
Once customers have boarded our boats, no refunds will be given.
