Dive Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made the day before by 7pm will receive a full 100% refund. Either
    visit the shop or telephone us to cancel, and please make sure to note the member
    of the staff who confirms the cancellation, for your refund
  • Cancellations because the harbormaster closes the port due to bad weather conditions
    and we can’t take out the boats may be re-scheduled, and if guests’ itinerary doesn’t
    allow will receive a 100% refund
  • Cancellations made the same day of the services, at any time or last minute, receive
    a 50% refund. Last minute re-scheduling fee of 20% applies, for changes within 60
    minutes of departure
  • For no-shows there is no refund, no exceptions
