Dive Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made the day before by 7pm will receive a full 100% refund. Either
visit the shop or telephone us to cancel, and please make sure to note the member
of the staff who confirms the cancellation, for your refund
Cancellations because the harbormaster closes the port due to bad weather conditions
and we can’t take out the boats may be re-scheduled, and if guests’ itinerary doesn’t
allow will receive a 100% refund
Cancellations made the same day of the services, at any time or last minute, receive
a 50% refund. Last minute re-scheduling fee of 20% applies, for changes within 60
minutes of departure
